Terms and Conditions of ELFI's Gift Card

1. General Provisions

1.1. The ELFI Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as the "Card") allows the purchase of products available on the website www.elfisanta.uk.

1.2. The Card can be used to pay for letters from Santa Claus, video messages, and other products available on the website, excluding subscriptions.

1.3. The Card is valid exclusively on the official ELFI website in the language version of the country where it was purchased.

1.4. Purchasing the Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. The Gift Card is a unique code (consisting of a combination of numbers and letters) that entitles the holder to make purchases on the website www.elfisanta.uk.

2.2. The Gift Card can be used multiple times until its balance is fully depleted.

2.3. The Gift Card is valid for two years from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will expire.

2.4. The Gift Card can only be used to pay for purchases on the official Elfi website, in the language version of the country where it was purchased.

2.5. The Gift Card can only be purchased as part of an order that includes other products and cannot be purchased as a standalone product.

3. Transfer and Visibility of the Card

3.1. After the purchase is finalized, the Gift Card is generated as a PDF file and sent to the email address provided by the buyer.

3.2. The Card owner can transfer the Gift Card as a gift using the "Send Card" function available in the "My Account" section.

3.3. After the Card is sent, the "My Account" section will display information about the recipient of the Card.

3.4. The gift card can only be sent to one recipient via the Client panel.

3.5. The Card balance is visible:

• To the purchaser – in the "My Account" section on Elfi's website 
• To the recipient:
  • after logging in – under the "Check Gift Card Balance" option,
    or
  • without logging in – on the page dedicated to the Card.

3.6. If the gift card is sent to the wrong email address, there is no option to change it.

4. Restrictions and Redemption Rules

4.1. The maximum number of Gift Cards that can be purchased in a single order is three.

4.2. The Gift Card cannot be used to pay for subscriptions.

4.3. The Gift Card is not assigned to a specific user account, allowing it to be used by different individuals until the balance is fully depleted.

4.4. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in monetary form.

4.5. The Card can only be redeemed during the "Payment" stage when placing an order.

4.6. The Card cannot be entered in the "Discount Code" field.

5. Complaints and Refunds

5.1. Complaints regarding the Gift Card can be submitted via email to [email protected].

5.2. Refunds for unused Gift Card balances are not possible.

5.3. The gift card can only be returned if it has not been activated.

5.4. Once the funds on the gift card have been partially or fully used, the card is considered redeemed and cannot be returned.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. These Terms and Conditions come into force on the date of their publication (17.10.2024).

6.2. Elfi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version of the Terms and Conditions will be available on the website www.elfisanta.uk.
